How are your products made?
We work alongside with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand manufacturer, who also handle shipping for us. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are produced and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at shop@typografit.com
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, what should you do?
We’re sorry if the product you ordered did not meet your expectation. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@typografit.com within 7 days, along with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
As the product is made on demand to your order, we are not able to replace the item if you chose the wrong size or color.
